These terms (the "Terms") govern the use of the FactureFlash online service (the "Service") and the FactureFlash Pro subscription.
The Service is published by Mamadou Camara, individual entrepreneur registered in France (SIRET 132 040 353 00014), reachable at factureflash.contact@gmail.com (the "Publisher").
By using the Service or subscribing to Pro, you accept these Terms.
FactureFlash is an online tool to create estimates, invoices and credit notes, track their payment and keep a log of your income. It runs in a web browser, with nothing to install.
The data you enter (business details, clients, documents) is stored only in your browser, on your device. The Publisher has no access to it and cannot recover it.
Prices are in US dollars and charged by Stripe. Your bank may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. VAT not applicable (French VAT exemption, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). Any price change to an ongoing subscription is notified by email at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before that date.
You subscribe to Pro through the secure payment page of our provider Stripe, by card. You are charged when you subscribe and then automatically every month on the same date. A receipt is emailed after each payment.
Pro access is activated on the device and browser used when subscribing. To activate it on another device, contact the Publisher.
If a payment fails, Stripe ends the subscription after notifying you.
The Pro subscription lasts one month and renews automatically every month, with no commitment.
You can cancel anytime, in a few clicks, from the subscription management page: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/8x25kD4cH1ObbraaZ0gYU00, or by email to factureflash.contact@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Started months are not refunded pro rata.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw without giving a reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). In any case, as a goodwill gesture, the Publisher refunds your first month of Pro on simple request by email within 14 days of subscribing. Refunds are made within 14 days, to the original payment method.
The Publisher strives to keep the Service available and working correctly and has an obligation of means (best efforts). The Service is a billing aid; it does not replace a CPA, an accountant or a lawyer. The Publisher is not liable for:
To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid over the last 12 months.
The Service, its code, its design and its brand remain the exclusive property of the Publisher. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it. The documents you create belong to you.
How personal data is handled is described in the legal notice and privacy policy.
The Publisher may update the Service and these Terms. The Terms that apply are those in force on the date you subscribe or renew. Any significant change is notified to subscribers by email.

These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country or state of residence.
