3. Intellectual property

The whole site (texts, logo, code, design) belongs to the publisher unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited. The documents (invoices, estimates, credit notes) you create with FactureFlash belong to you.

4. Personal data

What you enter in the app is not sent to our servers. Your business details, clients and documents are stored only in your browser's local storage, on your device. The publisher has no access to them.

The publisher only processes:

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. Under the GDPR and, where applicable, US state privacy laws, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to its processing: write to factureflash.contact@gmail.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Some data handled by Stripe or Cloudflare may be processed outside the European Union, including in the United States, under the safeguards required by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

5. Cookies and local storage

FactureFlash uses no cookies, neither for advertising nor for analytics. The app uses your browser's local storage only to save your data and your subscription status; this is strictly necessary for the service to work. Stripe's payment pages may set their own cookies needed for payment security.

Visit statistics. To know how many people visit the site and which features they use, we use Umami (Umami Software, Inc., United States), a cookie-free analytics tool that collects no data that can identify you. Statistics are anonymous and aggregated: pages viewed, country, device type and actions such as "invoice created". The content of your invoices and clients is never sent.

6. Liability

FactureFlash is a tool to create and track documents. It does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice. You are responsible for the correctness of your invoices and for your taxes, including sales tax. For tax questions, consult a CPA or tax professional.
